P&S Partners present Workers' Compensation/Employment Seminar to Midwestern Clients
Jon Ascher, Ken DeMarco and Missy Danko of our Workers' Compensation Department and Bob Toy of our Employment and Employee Relations Group presented a seminar in Chicago as a service to our Midwestern client base. The seminar: "Navigating the Murky Waters of Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation" presented a practical look at strategies to reduce exposure on both workers' compensation and employment claims.
Topics covered also included an update of current case law and statutory changes in Pennsylvania workers' compensation as well as a review of how statutes such as The American with Disabilities Act and The Family and Medical Leave Act impact workers' compensation claims.
