Dougherty named client All-Star by BTI Consulting Services Congratulations to Partner Brian Dougherty for his election as a BTI Client Service All-Star, making him a BTI Client Service All-Star for 2 years running—and 1 of just 29 attorneys to enjoy this distinction. BTI Consulting is based in Boston and regularly canvases leading companies on how they acquire and manage professional services, including outside legal services. BTI maintains what may be the largest database on service provider satisfaction and issues findings derived from extensive interviews. BTI conducted over 270 individual interviews with corporate counsel at Fortune 1000 and large organizations with the goal to probe clients on every aspect of law firm relationships, including needs and priorities, the law firms they rely on and, perhaps most importantly, the quality of service they receive.
