Hardy lectures on Federal Grand Jury Investigations
Peter Hardy will be guest lecturing at Villanova University School of Law on February 9, 2009 on the topic of federal grand jury investigations, before the Advanced Problems in Federal Crime class.
Peter served for six years as an Assistant United States Attorney for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Philadelphia, and for five years as a Trial Attorney for the Department of Justice, Tax Division in Washington, D.C. before joining Post & Schell.
