Labor & Employment Partners speak to PA Chamber of Business & Industry
Partners Bill Flannery, Vince Candiello and Andrew Allison addressed over 360 people at a special workshop presented by The Pennsylvania Chamber of Labor and Industry. The presentation was titled: Preparing Your Business for Union Card Check (The Proposed Employee Free Choice Act). The presentation was on February 27th, from 8:00 until noon, at the Sheraton Harrisburg-Hershey.
The proposed new act would make significant changes to existing labor law, including the abolishment of private ballot elections for union certification.
