Partners Levine and Hardy present at 15th Annual Health Law Institute
Ron Levine and Peter Hardy presented on March 12, 2009, on the topic of “'Conference Room' Advocacy: Favorably Resolving Your Client's Matter With the Government,” during the 15th Annual Health Law Institute of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
Ron is past chief of the Criminal Division, United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and heads the firm's national practice in white collar defense, internal investigations, compliance and corporate risk management. Peter previously served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Philadelphia and as a Trial Lawyer for the Criminal Enforcement Section of the Tax Division, Department of Justice, in Washington, D.C.
