Andrew Allison participates in Philadelphia Bar Association's Labor and Employment Committee and Federal Courts Committee Joint Program
On May 20th, Andrew Allison participated in a Mock Oral Argument presentation entitled Jones v. Ajax Corporation that was a part of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Labor and Employment Committee and Federal Courts Committee Joint Program. The Argument was presided over by the Honorable Cynthia M. Rufe. Mr. Allison and Terry Johnson, Esq. of Blank Rome LLP argued for the Defense. James Duttera, Esq. of Console Law Office, LLC and Ronald Surkin, Esq. of Gallagher Schoenfeld Surkin Chupein & DeMis argued for the Plaintiff. The presentation was held in the Eastern District of PA's ceremonial courtroom.
